Responsibilities :

Tasks include but are not limited to:
Support user requests for documentation updates
Assistance with the maintenance of “bills of materials” (BOMs)
Involved in analyzing changes of product design to determine the effect on the end product design and function
Entry of data into the ERP system as required
Other related activities as assigned by the supervisor

Qualifications:

University or College diploma in a technical or business related field
Min of 3 years’ experience in document control/ configuration management in high-tech, new product development environment
Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Adobe Acrobat
Self-motivated, detail-oriented and flexible team member who is well suited for a fast-paced environment with aggressive deadlines and changing priorities
Ability to track multiple, time-sensitive tasks with competing demands for resources
Must have excellent interpersonal skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge of ERP system and electronic Document Management System
Knowledge of multi-level Bill of Material practices
Ability to interpret engineering documentation and processes
Strong organizational and time-management skills are a must
High degree of problem solving, with strong analytical skills
