Job Description :
Required Skillset
Must have experience in Insurance P&C domain working with data of multiple lines of business
Must have experience working with Fraud Analytics (preferably Claims Data)
Must have experience working with one or the other - Tableau and/or Microsoft Power BI tools
Extensive hands-on technical knowledge of Data Warehouse Architecture, ETL, database & SQL performance tuning using Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio
Must have technical planning skills within the organization to coordinate and fulfills the leadership role in the development of technical strategies and solutions as related to Database, Data Model, Tools selection for Analytics / Reporting / Dashboard & Visualization, etc., using either Tableau and/or Microsoft Power BI
Must have the communication skills and ability to develop and present solutions to all levels of management, including executive levels.
Must physically be able to participate in requirements gathering, discovery, and interfacing with technical and business teams - establishing credibility in terms of experience, presentation and leadership of solutions development.
