Required skills

- Effective Red Hat Certification (Partner will ensure that either prior to on-boarding or during an agreed timeframe after the on-boarding, the resources are adequately trained & certified)

- Demonstrated success in a technical pre-sales or solution development role, including excellent presentation and documentation skills

- Good English communication and technical skills, with a proven track record of developing relationships at engineering, commercial, and executive levels throughout organizations

- Proven Experience designing and architecting JBoss, Dev/Ops, Cloud solutions etc.

- Solid knowledge of Red Hat JBoss Middleware products and the open source marketplace in general, with a hands-on experience

- Past experience implementing solutions in a JEE environment; Java programming experience is essential

- Prior Hands-on experience around technologies of Dev-ops / Integration / Cloud technologies. preference to be given to Red Hat Technologies

- RHEL & JBoss EAP experiences a must

- Passion for open source technologies

- Self-motivated, with an ability to continually develop your skills and technical knowledge both independently and through Red Hat development and training programs

- Ability to work as part of team as well as independently

- Facilitate systemic communication between Partner’s and Red Hat organizations

- Help develop appropriate collateral and information kits

- The resources will be initially based at Cincinnati, OH USA (onsite) and Nagpur, India (offshore The team expansion may be done at other locations as per the requirements and needs as mutually agreed at that time.

Primary Job Responsibilities

- Work with Red Hat & Partner Business Units to define integration points and joint solutions

- Work hands-on to prototype solutions that combine the Partner Assets with Red Hat’s Technology Portfolio

- Engage in proofs of concepts to validate new joint solutions

- Provide training for Partner & Red Hat audiences

- Present Red Hat products and technical proposals to potential Partner Accounts and prospects & design value driven architectures, as well as explain the application and ROI of these solutions

- Establish go-to-market (GTM) momentum by highlighting joint solutions

- Participate in joint customer executive briefings especially with strategic customers or multi-customer events

- Help map emerging solutions enable effective partnering and highlight partner technology feature and product integration requests

- Help develop appropriate collateral and information kits

- Engage with Delivery team for specific project delivery related support. The team, however, will not be engaged in regular delivery activities.

- Strict adherence for mutually agreed time-lines for solution development, migration accelerators & others

Identified Areas of Work

- Migration Accelerators (Define areas of accelerators such as U2L, W2J, to JBoss Community etc

- Solution Development around areas of Integration (Define areas & relevant ISUs / Likely customer)

- SOW to support Partner Frame-works & IP (Partner to nominate Assets)

- Create Co-solutions around emerging Red Hat technologies like Open-Stack / Open-shift / Red Hat Mobility

- Co-Create solutions around Digital (Big-data, Mobility, Social etc

- Produce vertical-specific, RH-based solutions (To be discussed and agreed between Red Hat and Partner)
