The project:
Separating out different business units to do their own thing, but there are phone systems that are not being moved. They VOIP systems are central and they have a lot of work that needs to be done.
he has 2 engineers, 1 who is leaving next month, Engineer they are losing is a DH, due to the instability in the market.

Job Role: Cisco VOIP Admin/Engineer
Petaluma, or Carlsbad. Preference is Carlsbad | CA |
Duration:60 Days
Start: Next week

What they will be doing:
phone system upgrades, as early as next month
will need to help with the upgrades for
Cisco call manager and cisco contact center solutions (Harder to find one with both, but they do exist)
in contact center like 8x8, and willing to branch to different technologies, not nearly as complex as cisco stuff.
Contact Center, is highly valuable. If we find someone who has this, we will likely get to keep them on past 2 month contract.

Petaluma, or Carlsbad. Preference is Carlsbad. | CA
60 day contract, will be for phone system upgrade project, he can’t promise but it is highly likely this will goin to support work going forward.
business units are based out of Carlsbad and Petaluma.
they will treat this as a project upgrade.

When they would start:
Can start as quickly as next week.

Interview process:
will have a webex interview, one session
will have top cisco voip engineer sit in and will be with
1 hr. and will make decision.
