HR Program manager (W2 Only)
Location: Atlanta, GA/ New York City, NY/ Indianapolis, IN/ Los Angeles, CA/ VA / NJ/ Any Anthem location
Duration: 6 Months - 1 year contract to hire

Description:
Responsible for creating and delivering programs to develop and engage associates and managers.

Primary duties include, but are not limited to:
Supports organizational effectiveness projects to transform our current business environment into a high performing organization. Supports the design and implementation of individual/team based assessment tools. Assists in the creation of organizational design approaches and partners with the business to implement optimal design structure. Provides organizational effectiveness consultation to business leaders across the enterprise to help facilitate optimal team and departmental performance. Assists in the management of the vendor interaction including, issue resolution, developing and reviewing statements of work. Requires a BA/BS in Organization Development, Management, HR Development or related field; 8-10 years of experience in organizational development/effectiveness training and development; process improvement and/or project management. Advanced degree preferred. Ability to travel maybe required.

Required skill sets, experiences, or methodologies (technical or otherwise) :
Technically savvy, data reporting, data analytics, detail oriented, (prefer) Taleo/Oracle savvy

5 years Organizational Effectiveness/Talent Management space within HR. Must be able to engage with mid-level leaders and must have an understanding of talent management systems such as Taleo/Oracle. They have their hands in two really big talent management areas: Succession Management and Performance Management with 53,000 associates. This person must have program management skills, be able to be strategic and tactical, good thinker who isn''t afraid to get their hands dirty. They will be launching, managing and sustaining these programs and working with implementation plans, reporting overall results and trending. There will be a lot of manual Excel spreadsheets - must be very strong in Excel. This person will be front facing but tactical in nature and they have to be okay with that type of work. Three core qualities they are looking for - Program management - mobilize a team tracking pre-launch plan, multi phases, Willing to roll up their sleeves and Strong learning agility. Doesn''t have to be an expert, must be courageous, thoughtful, strategic.

Additional Information:
Someone who has been in Learning and Development, has been involved in large scale programs - they know the change management and inter workings of the HR business partner side in an enterprise level, can think globally - those are transferable skills. Knowledge of performance/talent systems - dig in and understand how they work, deep Excel experience - cut data and sort through.
