Job Description :
Position: Workday Benefits SME
Location: Baltimore, MD
Length: 1 Year Plus

Minimum Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources or related field.
General Experience:
· At least ten (10) years of experience with HCM and three (3) full-cycle implementations experience is required.
Specialized Experience:
· Must have ten (10) years of experience in HCM modules, including HR and Benefits Administration modules.
· Must have five (5) years of experience in HCM Business Process Re-engineering.

Preferred Qualifications:

· One year experience with Workday HCM/Benefits
· Prior experience in a lead role on either a Benefits Administration or Timekeeping/Absence Management/Payroll implementation
· Experience of using MS Project
· Experience executing and documenting business process specifications
