Title: Microsoft Dynamics CRM Solution Architect

Experience Required (Yrs): More than 10 Years

Location: Louisville, KY

Duration: 6-12 months

Technical/Functional Skills

·       Extensive Functional knowledge on Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2016, 2013, 2011 modules.

·       Experience in design, development, implementation of MS Dynamics 2016 based solutions

·       The full implementation and/or upgrade from legacy system/CRM 2013 to CRM 2016 experience will be advantage.

·       Database experience including Microsoft SQL Server.

·       Experience in designing MS CRM Entity Data Model

·       Experience in developing Workflows, custom Workflow, Plug-ins, Form based customizations and Mobile form based customizations.

·       Knowledge of integrating framework like Dotnet/SSIS /SSRS is plus.

Roles & Responsibilities:            

·       Thought leadership on MSCRM 2016 options.

·       Ability to create proof of concept demos to obtain end user buy in and enhance future adoption

·       Review Business Requirements & provide recommendations for story grooming

·       Gather requirements and perform fit gap analysis

·       Analysis, Design and Implementation of Microsoft CRM 2016 configurations and customizations.

·       Design and implementing entities data model, attributes, objects, custom workflows and plug-ins within Microsoft CRM.

·       Provide consulting, hands on and support project related tasks in order to complete customer implementations of the Microsoft dynamics solutions.

Work with engineering team and lead & document architectural aspects via design documents for

Solution Design
Security Role Architecture
Entity Design
Hardware/Performance Design
Integration Design
Migration Design

·       List requirements and objectives to determine how software can best meet the requirements

·       Good written and verbal communication skills with strong analytical and problem solving skills.

·       Good understanding of Microsoft Dynamics CRM product knowledge.

·       Good at programming, customization and configure Microsoft CRM.

·       Should handle client facing, collect requirements and map it to the functions and features of the products.

·       Strong process knowledge and documentation skills.
