Supply Chain knowledge & experience in several of the following areas: 6 Years
Business analysis experience in one or more of the following areas:
o Application development
o BI reporting & data visualization
o Implementation
Strong verbal and written communication skills.,
Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple complex projects in parallel
Very proficient with basic data analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel.
Agile development or significant Lean process improvement experience.
Ability to work with a high degree of autonomy and deal with ambiguity
Ability to adapt quickly to changes in priority and/or approach.
Thinks logically. Able to foresee conflicts/contradictions and potential gaps in proposed solutions.,
Demonstrates ownership of projects / assignments.,

Experience in an operational supply chain role (e.g. buyer, contract manager, materials manager);
High-level familiarity with how data is commonly stored, transformed, and how it flows between systems.
Understanding of supply chain data.

Experience with advanced analysis, visualization and reporting tools such as Tableau, Qlik, Microstrategy, SAP Business Objects, etc.

Experience leading the investigation through resolution of issues. Strong root cause analysis skills.
Experience investigating, evaluating and supporting prioritization of enhancement suggestions from users

Ability to negotiate between users, stakeholders, and developers to find the most efficient way to rapidly deliver small but useful pieces of function
1+ years SQL
Prior coding experience.
Ability to understand diverse user personas, particularly those that are less comfortable with technology
Ability to develop relationships with Premier’s field team and member health system staff
Able to assess and establish relative priority of requirements.
Able to coach and mentor less senior business analysts and colleagues.
