Duration : 6+ Months contract

Job Description :

Required Qualifications:
BS in mechanical or electrical engineering ; MS or MBA desirable
4-6 years in powertrain domain along with project management experience
Must have experience in tools like Microsoft project plan, MS Access, Microsoft PowerPoint, SharePoint

Preferred Qualifications
PMP certified
Project Management of engineering projects
CMMi/AUTOSPICE Process Awareness

Position Description:
This coordinator will act as the primary interface of the Engine Management Systems
(Purchase Engine) for assisting project management activities and support.

Typical Duties:
Candidate will provide assistant in project management activities
Below are primary responsibilities
Create and maintain Project Plan for each vehicle program
Create and maintain detailed risks log for vehicle program
Interact with suppliers, keep track of key deliverable , testing schedules
Maintained the issue logs, resolution and reporting of the same to the management
Organize the meetings with stakeholders and keeping meeting notes
Prepare presentations for management team
Program artifacts management using customer specific tools
