Must be a quick learner and have the ability to quickly develop a working knowledge of the vendor-developed and criminal records systems
Must have the ability to quickly understand the roles of CNA IT, Innovative Architects (IA), SBI, DIRM, and others stakeholders.
Must have excellent communication skills, both written and oral, to enable the individual to work with a variety of stakeholders (i.e., CNA, IA, etc
Must have worked as a project manager for 5-7 years and implemented a customized vendor-developed and hosted IT application.
Must have prior experience in the development of project plans using Microsoft Project.
Must be able to provide consultation to the sponsors and other stakeholders on the strategies for moving projects forward.
Must have prior experience in identifying business requirements needed to customize the CRBC to meet the needs.
Must have prior experience in leading small to medium size projects within information technology arena involving multiple stakeholders.
Must be well versed in IT, database/application development, help desk support, training material development and reporting.
Must have the ability to manage the customization, implementation, and rollout of the new CRBC application.
