Description:
Responsibilities:
Provide support for all contract matters, including minor edits to contracts, copying, collating, scanning, filing and maintaining archival records
Manage Non-Disclosure Agreements, including edits, finalization and archiving
File, track and maintain all Agreements (inbound and outbound)
Preparation of corporate records including drafting basic forms, copying, collating, filing, and scanning such documentation.
Assist with ad hoc projects on an as-needed basis
Maintain repository of documents and pull documents upon request

Qualifications:
One of the following: (a) a certificate of completion or a degree from an approved paralegal program or post-secondary institution; (b) Bachelors degree
At least 1 to 2 years of relevant experience
Good judgment and close attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple internal clients
Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently in a fast paced environment
Ability to efficiently prioritize and multi-task
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Adaptability and an intrinsic motivation to work directly with business partners
Self motivated, innovative thinking and a commitment to teamwork
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Notary Public, a plus
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Excellent customer service skills required
Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment background
