Position Description:

The candidate will be responsible for design recommendations, requirements gathering and analysis, development and unit testing, in addition to Section 508 compliance. He/she should be able to work without technical oversight and should provide thought leadership to our customers.
The selected candidate is responsible for collaborating with a team of developers to gain a complete understanding of the clients'' needs. They apply industry best-practices and expertise regarding emerging technologies. They plan and conduct software testing, document technical specifications, and should be able to be relied upon to identify tools and resources, in support of customer initiatives, goals, and strategies.

Skills Requirements:

Demonstrated proficiency in .NET development, C#,VB Script, JavaScript, CSS, jQuery, Entity Framework and
LINQ
Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft .NET 4.0 , 4.5
Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft MVC 4.5 with Rasor
Demonstrated proficiency with VB.NET
Demonstrated proficiency with SQL
Demonstrated experience Team Foundation Server (TFS)

Experience in requirements evaluation (translating functional specifications into technical solutions), requirements gathering, and requirements definition.

Strong analytical, organizational and hands-on problem solving skills, Web technologies, awareness of current Web trends and technologies.

Plans, directs, and executes requirements analysis, usability, and Section 508 compliance for development projects.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 11 years or more of professional experience; or 9 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree.
