Job Description :
Extensive experience in Call Recording and Voice Biometric technologies
Implemented Voice Biometric Solutions
Strong knowledge of VOIP/SIP voice data capture and filtering
MS SQL database administration skills.
Knowledge and experience with:
o Network architecture and latency impacts to platforms.
o Client software deployment on virtual machines.
o Physical and virtual server builds and understand how clustering is done.
o Contact Center Call Flow Process and Architecture (Genesys/Avaya/Cisco)
o SCRUM or similar agile SDLC methodologies
o Coding/scripting in JAVA is a plus
