Title: Scrum Master
Location: South filed , MI
Duration: 6+Months

Local Candidates needed

The Agile Scrum Master will be responsible for facilitating one or more scrum teams to support the delivery of strategic technology products. This position requires individuals who are not only experienced as a Scrum Master, but have extensive track records of delivering high quality systems and products. Applicants should have a strong understanding of and hands-on experience with Agile Methods, especially Scrum. The candidate should ideally have experience with front end development as well.

Understand fundamentals of iterative development, including integration of User Experience Design into the delivery lifecycle with a high level of expertise in a scaled and distributed environment
Understand other processes and methodologies and can speak intelligently about them and leverage other techniques to provide value to a team/enterprise
Understand fundamentals of software development processes and procedures
Understand the value of commitments to delivery made by a development team
Understand incremental delivery and the value of metrics
Understand backlog tracking, burndown metrics, velocity, and task definition
Familiarity with common Agile practices, service-oriented environments, and better development practices
Keeps Scrum process running
Ensures a proper power balance between PO, Team, Management
Protects the Team
Moderates in the Team
Helps to organize (e.g., Meetings)
Helps to keep the Team focused on the current Sprint
Helps to achieve Sprint goals
Works with PO
