C#/ASP.NET Designer and Developer

Project Site: Denton, Texas

Project Duration: 6 months

Hourly rate: $55 to $58 per hour corp to corp (All inclusive)

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Work with business stakeholders, product owners, design and marketing consultants to design, code, test and document portfolio of web applications and services (in C# and ASP.NET Very Experienced in Visual Studio Suite.
- Participate in a cross- functional team spanning software development, engineering, UX and cloud services partners to deliver project goals
- Translate storyboards and use cases into functional application features
- Contribute to future architecture and product road map decisions
- Practice agile software development


The successful candidate will possess the following required qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree and four or more years' experience using .NET, C#, jQuery, CSS, MSSQL, ORM, MVC
- Familiarly with using Agile/Scrum approach to development
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
The preferred candidate will possess the following additional qualifications:

- 6+ years of web development experience
- Strong familiarity with Microsoft Visual Studio and ASP.net environments
- Expertise in, HTML, & JavaScript
- Familiarity with PHP and WordPress would be considered a plus
- Must have experience architecting and developing high quality applications in agile environment
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills with demonstrated attention to detail
- Object oriented analysis and design using common design patterns
- Expert level understanding of coding methods and best practices
- Strong knowledge of system and software quality assurance best practices and methodologies
- Hands-on experience developing test cases and requirements
- Must be a self-starter who is highly organized, hands-on, and focused on continuing professional development.
