Description
We are looking for a true business partner for our IT Project and Program Managers. In the Program Management team you are responsible for the following activities:
Planning
- Project plan structuring, scheduling and leveling in MS Project - Resource allocation, tracking and forecasting in CA Clarity PPM - Dependency and milestones tracking in MS Project and CA Clarity PPM Financial Management - Assistance in a program business case development and benefits tracking - Accurate and timely record keeping and follow up for capital and fixed price contract tracking - Maintain accurate and complete project financials forecasts and project accounting Quality Assurance - Ensure compliance with the Credit Suisse PM and Risk Management Methodology (CS SDF) - Clear, concise and accurate risk and issue monitoring and management in CA Clarity PPM, etc.
- Ensure adherence to the bank’s internal processes and governance policies
Reporting & Communication
- Timely, well-articulated project progress and status reporting in CA Clarity PPM and elsewhere - Manage project communication activities (e.g. SharePoint site, intranet page, generic mailbox, etc - Support program and project governance meetings – collate materials, take minutes, etc.

Qualifications
Essential:
- At least 5years’ experience in project management / program management office function
- Hands on use of CA Clarity PPM for reporting, resource management and forecasting
- Thorough knowledge of the project lifecycle and PM tools such as MS Project
- High degree of proficiency in MS Office applications, (Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint)
- Project financial management experience (accruals, invoicing, staff costs)
- Good understanding of IT Infrastructure
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Excellent communication/presentation (oral and written) and report writing skills
- High degree of flexibility with a “can do” attitude
- Strong problem solving skills
- Solution oriented
- Good interpersonal and influencing skills
- Able to manage conflict
- Experience of dealing with senior management
- Proactive, driven and energetic

Desirable:
- Project management certification such as PMP, Prince2 or similar
- PM / PMO experience in IT Infrastructure projects
- Financial and Banking industry know-how
- Financial & Project Accounting Management processes including budgeting
- Knowledge of Program and Portfolio Management processes
- People management and leadership experience
