Strong Business System Analysts (Lead Business System Analysts):
Union, NJ.
F2F interview required.
Long term

10-12 years of business system analysis, business consulting, functional consulting experience in the Retail Industry
6-8 years of experience in the Omni-Channel area with focus on Order Management and Fulfillment
Must have led Requirements Gathering and Management for at least 3 large scale, complex, enterprise wide initiatives dealing with multiple business and IT teams
Must be a leader, proactive, problem solver, innovate/be creative, capable of deriving clarity from ambiguous situations, able to facilitate workshops with business and IT leaders (Directors and above),
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Highly Analytical, Expert with MS Office tools, Adept in creating and making executive presentations,
Hands on experience in Order Management solutions such as Manhattan, Sterling will be a plus
Candidate must possess a techno-functional background and must be comfortable with SQL queries, studying/understanding DB table relation and structure, reading and interpreting XSD, XML, etc. and other forms of interfaces, data mapping, etc.
Must be able to hit the ground sprinting and work with minimal guidance
Strong lead BSA/techno/functional consultant ("A" player) with 10+ years of consulting, business analysis experience in the retail, omni channel world, with recent 3-4 years focusing on ecommerce OMS in a complex retail environment.
Unfortunately, the market is flooded with BSAs who are more generic in nature.
Need a very strong consultant with heavy Order Management in their backgrounds.
Truly looking for someone who is an expert in Order Management.
It is a complex role in that they need to have in depth knowledge on how to make payments….how the back end runs and they need to know how the front end runs.
They need a strong ecommerce background.
They need to have experience in how online transactions work through different warehouses. Need to know all aspects of ecommerce and how it works.

So they need to know how the flow of business works from warehouses to call centers…access to inventory…what kind of systems are used on how to make payments……need to know what the criteria is for making payments in the store versus on line etc.
