Job Description :
Must have:
· 5-6 years'' experience in executing structured change management activities within major IT or business related projects
· Robust knowledge of change management best practices and proven track record of delivering effective change management within projects
· Demonstrates excellent communications and influencing skills - written and verbal
· Demonstrates an ability to drive results in within a highly collaborative culture, ability to lead through personal influence vs. hierarchical authority!
· Proven ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all organization levels - board directors to brewery maintenance teams
· Must be able to accommodate flexible working hours associated with global project
· Must be able to lead and work effectively with multiple teams, including consulting groups remotely
· English speaking
· Mid/Senior level resource

Nice to have:
· Knowledge of the MCBC business
· Experience working in a global environment
· Experience in deployment of SAP
· Experience with social media platforms, SharePoint, training development tools (Camtasia), proficient user of M Office PPT

· Own day-to-day execution of the Change Management Strategy
o Track and summarize progress in formats which can easily be presented in status updates
· Own day-to-day execution of the Communications Plan in a manner that mimics a marketing campaign
o Liaise with owners of complementary projects to ensure consistent messaging is being delivered across the larger program
· Facilitate Change Networks at each brewery; liaise with the business to ensure that the project is being treated as a priority and stakeholders have the information and support they require
· Support Training Lead to ensure key milestones are being met
· Collaborate with local L&D Leads to ensure preparation activities for training delivery are completed to plan
· Develop a small library of reference videos and ensure availability via mobile devices
· Support delivery of training to the business - may include delivery of training courses, validation of effectiveness of business owned training delivery
· Work with the business to manage Gaps/Change impacts relating to the deployment of the new solution
