SharePoint 2013 Records Center, SharePoint 2013 eDiscovery Center, Gimmal Compliance Suite and Harmon.ie for Outlook, Claims base authentication.
The Technical Support – Records Management position will be responsible for providing support and troubleshooting to users of the suite of records management tools at Hilton Worldwide. This person will assist users of SharePoint 2013 Records Center, SharePoint 2013 eDiscovery Center, Gimmal Compliance Suite and Harmon.ie for Outlook in solving issues that are not resolvable by general technical support and performing system administration and configuration as necessary. They will develop a working knowledge of the Hilton Records Management Policy and how the File Plan, metadata, security, and the software detailed above support/enable compliance.

The candidate must have experience working directly with team members to diagnose and support successful resolution of SharePoint –related technical issues.

Additionally, the preferred candidate will be familiar with troubleshooting distributed, web-based systems, including Microsoft SharePoint 2013. This includes a working knowledge of Web Servers such as Internet Information Server (IIS), databases such as Microsoft SQL, SharePoint 2013, SharePoint 2013 search services and eDiscovery Center, SharePoint 2013 Records Center, and related configuration and troubleshooting approaches – including interpreting ULS logs. Experience in Claims base authentication. Additionally, the candidate should have an understanding of Microsoft Outlook 2010 and 2013, the add-in infrastructure, and how add-ins function with Microsoft SharePoint.
