POSITION - SAP HRM/HCM Analyst
LOCATION - Charlotte NC
DURATION - 3 months (Contract to hire)
Must do final interview onsite!!!

Responsibilities:
Leading meetings in gathering and writing Business Requirements/Functional Requirement Documents
Heavier on the Business process side of SAP than on the SAP configuration side
Any Data integration/mapping knowledge between SAP HRM and other 3rd party tools
Been in production support mode around SAP – HRM space
Excellent communication skills
HP Quality Center experience or other testing tool

Knowledge/Experience in the following areas of SAP HRM/Payroll – these are in order of importance:
1. Payroll
2. Personnel Administration
3. Organization Management
4. Employee Self Service/Manager Self Service
5. Spinifex reporting tool for SAP HRM
6. Compensation Management
Other desirable skills:
Knowledge in writing SQL queries to perform data analysis
Analytical and Trouble shooting skills to resolve data integration issues between systems
