Job Title - Digital Marketing Lead (Technical)

Required skill set
Expertise in SEO/SMO
Hands on knowledge about website architectures (Technical as well as functional) and integration of SEOs within those architectures
In-depth experience with website analytics tools (e.g, Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends), be able to help business define Goals and create corresponding KPIs
Be able to integrate data from multiple sources for analytics
Be able to create a framework for marketing strategy
Manage SEM campaigns on google, yahoo and bing
Execute tests, collect and analyze data, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns
Track, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns
Optimize copy and landing pages for search engine marketing
Develop and implement link building strategy
Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords
Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and SEM
