Need Technology Lead-Networking, Contact Center Telephony
Location: Hartford, CT
Type: Contract to Hire/6 months
Rate: Open on c2c all inc

Interview Process: Telephonic round followed by Video conferencing
Must Haves:
Verint v11/v15 call recording SME with Aspect WFM knowledge
In depth knowledge of installing configuring and maintaining Verint infrastructure, administration tasks.
Knowledge of Aspect workforce management solution, integration with Gplus adaptor
Needs excellent communication skills, ability to coordinate and work with other vendors
Individual contributor role

Contribute in requirements elicitation, creation of application architecture document and creation of design artifacts; deliver high quality codes, support activities related to implementation and transition; interface with internal team and key stakeholders; analyze and resolve issues to ensure high quality deliverables at each stage of SDLC WITHIN the guidelines, policies and norms of Infosys.
