Position: ServiceNow consultant
Location: Miami, FL

Role requirement:

Provide guidelines to define Process, Procedures, KPIs/Metrics, Roles-responsibilities •Manage project metrics to ensure on time and on budget delivery •Assist ServiceNow Consultant in implementation of defined module and suggest recommendation of best practices as per ESM Cafe •Tracks and manages open escalations/issues and drive them to resolution •Coordinate UAT conducted with KLX end users and plan communication around the same •Publish report ensuring the success of the program
