Job Description:

We are looking for Jr. Level SAP Support Analyst with any of SAP Module (FI/CO, or MM or SD ) to Provide second level support for enterprise applications to resolve moderately complex systems and interface issues resulting from end-user errors and/or business process/functional issues. Any Candidate who have Sap End User experience and have some knowledge for SAP Support, this is good opportunity for your to become SAP consultant in future.


Skills:

At least 1-3 years of SAP transactional experience with broad understanding of at least one SAP module
Strong analytical and problem solving skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Highly self-motivated and self-directed, with keen attention to detail Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
Effective spoken and written English language communication skills with ability to impart ideas in both technical and user-friendly language
Ability to analyze and breakdown technical information or complex processes to communicate in non-technical user-friendly terms
Distinct customer service orientation with strong sense of ownership to effectively resolve open issues
Strong team spirit with ability to work both in local and virtual team settings
Desire to learn new skills and to extend knowledge into new technologies as required
Available for occasional evening and weekend work
Sitting and operation of computer peripherals for extended periods of time

Complete approved minor system configuration tasks following established policies and procedures
Organize and prepare documentation to assist tier 3 teams with issue resolution when resolution requires advanced configuration or programming changes.
Work with business units in analyzing, identifying and recording business processes and recommend new ideas and/or efficiency opportunities.
Act as tester/trainer for moderately complex transactions, and assists end-users with test scripts and test phases
Work with training team to identify training needs and development of training documentation
