Job Description :
Position Functions or Responsibilities:
This role is responsible for managing the Base Client Environment (Image Additionally, the role ensures the client roadmap remains current and is aligned with business strategy and technology trends.
- Engineer IT EUC solutions by understanding business requirements
- Create and maintain endpoint images using tools as MDT and USMT along with SCCM
- Create software deployment packages utilizing tools such as Admin Studio.
- Follow standard ITSM/ITIL processes and procedures
- Provide service and/or technology leadership owning the direction and roadmap of an IT EUC service/technology with a focus on EUC hardware and software
- Actively participate and be available for IT related escalations as required.
- Ensure standards and solutions are in place and updated for PC configuration of hardware, operating system, drivers, and associated EUC software.
- Provide communications on all escalated issues to management and other support teams. Document progress of escalated incidents.
- SCCM software deployment and imaging experience preferred.
- Support the current operating system and the desktop image on the Microsoft Windows workstations, laptops and tablets
- Experience using Service Now ticketing system.
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor''s degree in Information Technology, CS, MIS, Business, or related field or equivalent work experience.

Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years work experience with Windows operating systems
- Experience in SCCM (software deployment and imaging experience), ITIL, ServiceNow ticketing system, Windows 10
- Experience troubleshooting and supporting Microsoft OS based devices and hardware along with related software like Microsoft Office Suite, Internet Explorer, Adobe products)
- Ability to work with little or no supervision from direct manager
- Strong sense of urgency with an attitude of never giving up until the issue is closed to the satisfaction of the customer.
- Demonstrated analytics and problem solving skills.
- Excellent customer service and communications oriented skills with the ability to handle sensitive and challenging support situations with a calm and methodical approach.
- Self-motivated individual capable of working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
