Role: Mobile Device Analyst

Location: Austin TX 78701

Job Description : Position Functions or Responsibilities:
Supporting Mobile Infrastructure and Applications (iOS and Android)
Evaluating new mobile devices to verify compatibility with in house applications
Provision and setup of all new devices
Troubleshoot one on one with “C” level executives
Create documentation for other helpdesk members to support devices
Create documentation for Applications for users
Provide training to end users and other technicians in using mobile devices
Work with a creative team to advise on possible applications and solutions for the mobile devices
Provide MAC support
Support Bluetooth iOS devices
Maintain iPad inventory
Create video demos for iPad users
Testing new platforms to work on iOS devices (MAC, VPN, AirPrint)
Requirements Minimum Skills Requirement in years
Years Skills/Experience
3 Experience with Mobile device helpdesk support
Strong Must have strong Apple iOS mobile devices experience

Preferred skill requirements in years
Years Skills/Experience
Yes Responsible for supporting Mobile Infrastructure and Applications (Blackberry, iOS and Android)
Yes Knowledge of MDM solutions ( mobile iron, Airwatch etc)
Yes Evaluating new mobile devices to verify compatibility with in house applications
Yes Provision and setup of all new devices
Yes Troubleshoot one on one with “C” level executives
