seeking a candidate to expedite the migration of Business Intelligence reports from SAP Business Explorer to Business Objects for the State''s HR/Payroll SAP solution. Expected Skills: Able to work without assistance; can provide leadership to others; able to manage highly complex work efforts; may have advanced education; may have extensive industry experience. Description (including, but not limited to): 1. Developing complex reports using Business Objects reporting software and SAP BW/BICS as a data source. 2. Establishing SAP software settings to support specific business rules, validations, and default values. 3. Long-term support of SAP infrastructure, technologies, and functionality, including services to upgrade system configuration and functionality due to an SAP system or release upgrade.

2 years Develops complex SAP Business Objects Enterprise 4.1 reports using Web Intelligence and Crystal reports with SAP BW BICS as the data source
7 years complex SAP Business Explorer 7.x reports using Web Analyzer, Analyzer, Web Application Designer and Report Designer using SAP BW objects
7 years SAP BW objects such as infocubes, dso''s, masterdata, transformations, extractors
Recent experience with SAP HR modules such as PA, OM, BN, PT and PY
Recent experience with delivered SAP BW objects supporting HR modules such as 0PA_C01, 0OM_C01, 0PT_C01, 0PABN_C01, 0HR_PT_2, 0EMPLOYEE, 0HRPOSITION
Expert level of understanding of SAP BW/BI 7.x data structures and performance characteristics
2 years SAP Business Objects (XI 3.1 - Enterprise 4.1) Crystal Reports
2 years SAP Business Objects (XI 3.1 - Enterprise 4.1) reports using Dashboard and/or Design Studio
