Job Description :
Security Program Management
a. Build project plans, manage and drive project execution and coordinate with concerned
parties for requisite support and sign-off
b. Determine Client’s business/security requirements and issues, consider interested
parties and their requirements which may include legal and regulatory requirements and
contractual obligations.
c. Identify relevant stakeholders at client location who are associated with the information security
initiatives
d. Coordinate with Information security teams, third parties, internal IT teams to determine
scope, effort, dependencies, resource requirements, evaluation/success criteria, operational
procedures and related aspects for individual security tracks/projects
e. Assist team in developing comprehensive Assessment Scope, Governance Structure and
establish strong fundamentals of Information Security Management
f. Provide Client Onsite team with all the technical expertise to ensure the proper direction towards
implementation
g. Evaluate responses and documents shared by the various stake holders and advice the team
on appropriate analysis and documentation.
h. Track overall project progress, intermediate milestones and provide timely reporting on
roadblocks/issues/status that require senior management attention, intervention and guidance
(b) Additional Services as requested by Client ton as per mutual agreement
