Title: MDM Manager
Location: NYC, NY
Duration: 3-6 Months CTH

Need only Citizens

Design solutions and develop functional requirements for Product Information Management (PIM) system. Work with MDM Data Model, and Develop Master Data Management (MDM) governance strategies, programs and documentation. Troubleshoot and solve design problems and identify business process gaps. Liaise with Business SME’s and STIBO-STEP developers to understand and meet requirements and design specifications.
ETL development experience.
Knowledge of XML, ASP.NET, UNIX scripts.
Unit and system tests software to assure quality.
Translate business requirements into data structures.
Analysis & Design.
Recommend, develop, and enforce IT and database standards, guidelines, and procedures in order to facilitate quality assurance.
Carries out systematic problem identification, analysis, and resolution.
Analyzes and reduces complex problems into simple, manageable components.
Contribute to development of technical design specifications.
Leads technical meetings, as required.
Evaluates technical performance challenges.
Focuses on solving problem at hand; recommends permanent solutions.
Utilizes decision-making techniques successfully.
Conveys ideas clearly and tailors communication based on selected audience (technical and non-technical
Charts various processes, procedures and workflows accurately.
Effectively composes technical and non-technical documents such as design specifications, operation guides, process flows, and other technical schematics.
Writes and updates task/project status and reports.

STIBO-STEP knowledge and its implementation in retail environment highly preferred.
3+ years solid experience programming in PL/SQL using Oracle 10g/11g
2+ years of experience on MDM implementation projects
Ability to manage multiple tasks with multiple priorities on demand
Accommodate work schedule and works extra hours to meet crucial project deadlines as required

B.S. in technical discipline or equivalent business experience in software development.
