Pega Developer

The Pega Developer position encompasses a wide range of responsibilities; the position includes work with smaller applications and systems

enhancements. The Pega Developer is responsible for modifications and managing of the full life cycle software development process. This position is

responsible for understanding and deploying BPM/Workflow applications within the Pega implementation at Bayview to support business needs. The

Pega Developer is responsible for implementing workflows and applications developed internally as well purchased through other vendors.
Pega Developers are responsible for the technical implementation of solutions supporting business functionality. The Developers are required to work

with multiple teams including but not limited to QA, Release Management, Infrastructure, Project Management and the business.

· Architecture and Design of PRPC
· Enterprise Application System Understanding
· Pega Expertise and Learning
· Pega Workflow design
· Pega Form design
· Full life cycle application development
· Design, code, and debug applications in various software languages
· Software analysis, code analysis, requirements analysis, software review, identification of code metrics, system risk analysis, software

reliability analysis
· Object-oriented Design and Analysis (OOA and OOD)
· Support, maintain, and document software functionality
· Integrate Pega software with existing systems
· Maintain compliance standards
· Implement localization or globalization of software

· At least 1 years of experience developing Pega workflows
· 1 year of programming and software development life cycles (Waterfall, Agile, Scrum)
· 1 year experience software development
· Knowledge of relational databases (SQLServer, PLSQL structure and development)
· Knowledge of Java, J2EE, HTML, HTML5, JSP, JSON, JavaScript, SQL Server, Oracle, AJAX, XML, Rest/Soap, and others as defined.

· BA/BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent combination of work experience and education
