Job Description-
Provide key local liaison and advisor role to the Company in the designated Overseas Chinese/Students market.
Develop and manage the new partner relationships to optimize mutual value and identify further development opportunities with existing as well as new media partners.
Lead the development of consistent, scalable and repeatable approaches to brand strategy and its core elements include, but are not limited to business strategy, marketing strategy, positioning, product truth and brand architecture with its related elements.
Create compelling go-to-market plans that support and extend brand campaigns and product releases
Develop and own budget, reporting, forecasting, and overall plan for each of the marketing initiatives
Analyze marketing data to develop insights and areas for optimization

Qualifications:
1. Ten (10) years of progressively responsible and directly related marketing or business development experience.
2. Ability to speak and write on behalf of Company in various occasions.
3. Have strong quantitative, analytical, and problem solving skills.
4. An excellent project management skill with an ability to set and achieve goals, meet deadlines, and multitask in a fast paced environment is a plus.
5. Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and measurement approaches
6. Demonstrated success implementing marketing campaigns that achieve business objectives within a highly regulated industry.
7. Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build high-quality relationships with clientele.
8. Strong existing relationships with all the major advertising channels in the US markets
9. Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-intensity startup organization.



Position 2-

Job Title: CTO –Chief Technology Officer
Location: Santa Clara CA
Duration: Fulltime

Job Description:
Provide leadership role in the design and implementation of web and mobile applications.
Represent Company at business and fin-tech industry events, able to develop, present and explain products and concepts to a wide range of audience.
Develop technology strategies to meet business objectives with existing or emerging technologies.
Ability to translate business concepts to technical terms. Apply creative thinking/approach to determine technical solutions that further business goals and align with corporate technology strategies
Collaborate with the founders, other product development groups and software engineers to identify and define solutions for complex updating business requirements.
Provide mentorship and help team growth especially on technical side.
Experienced technology leader with a minimum of 10+ years of software development experience
Extensive hands on design/coding experience/skills using Java, Objective-C, SQL, LinuX, C, C++, javascript, php, html. Strong on elegant coding, can write very solid prototypes or core components quickly.
Strong expertise on internet technology and security

Qualifications:
