Role: Technology Lead - SharePoint
Location: Loveland, CO / Denver, CO
Type of Hire : Fulltime
Required Skills and Experience:

Overall 4+ years of experience in IT industry with minimum 4 years of experience in Application Development & Support (customizations) of SharePoint applications in SP 2010 and SP 2013
4 years in Project life cycle activities on development, maintenance and production support projects. Good working knowledge of Requirement Management, Change Management and Configuration Management.
Experience in Requirement Analysis, Design & Development, Documentation & Testing.
Experience of leading and coordinating small teams
Experience in SharePoint upgrade / migration projects, including migration from sources like Lotus Notes, Documentum etc.
Experience in application portfolio analysis, understanding current environment, support structure etc.
Excellent analytical skills & articulation skills, along with good proficiency in English. Excellent Customer Interfacing Skills and relevant experience are vital.
Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
Knowledge in relevant programming languages & technologies (ASP.net, C#, JavaScript, PowerShell scripting, HTML 5, CSS 3 etc
Experience in development for Office 365 is an added advantage
Experience in migrating SharePoint applications to Cloud is an added advantage

Job Description:

Drive requirements discussion with end-users/customers
Design and develop new modules, and enhancements in line with requirements. This will include requirements elicitation, detailed design, coding, and testing, etc.
Analyze, trouble shoot and resolve production issues. Act as a point of technical escalation and resolution during the project lifecycle.
Work with development teams in creating/executing test procedures, scripts and testing.
Educate business users responsible for managing and operating business processes
Assist the technical architect & managers with scoping, identification of project deliverables, and creation of project-specific documentation such as functional specifications, technical specifications, etc.
Proactively work with Project Manager to ensure that appropriate staffing resources are assigned, put in place, and effectively utilized at the appropriate time.
Qualify and provide definition to technical strategy by performing evaluations and assessments on the various technical aspects of a software.
Work closely with resources to create test plans and ensure that issues are properly assigned, fixed, and regressed.
Communicate daily regarding project status with appropriate team members & stakeholders.
Provide technical consultancy to team and participate in business development efforts including proposals, development plans, and presentations, as directed.
Participate in Knowledge Management activities with the objective of ensuring the highest levels of service offerings to clients in own technology domain within the guidelines, policies and norms of Infosys Technologies.
