Position - Business Analyst (SAP Work Management)
Location - Jackson, MI
Duration –6 + months

SAP Work Management Business Analyst

ROLE DESCRIPTION
The SAP Work Management Business Analyst, is responsible for partnering with Internal Business clients and Information Technology team to deliver business solutions.
The responsibilities include aligning with business users to define and document business requirements and objectives. Work with the Information Technology department in the creation Functional Documentation to meet the business need. Creation of Testing scenarios and Test case, Test Data and perform Test execution.
Candidate will also have the ability to make configuration and administration changes to SAP Work Management and other 3rd Party Field solutions e.g., ABB Service Suite.
The candidate will be engaged on the Field Services Solutions (FSS) Program.
The program is responsible for delivering Work Orders to Field Personnel and the corresponding SAP Work Management. Solutions include new and improved forms for field employees and field contractors. The program also includes bringing on additional business units onto the SAP and Service Suite platforms. Experience with SAP maintenance plans and SAP Measurement document/points would be an added benefit.
Required to support the testing process throughout the FSS project; to develop test scripts / scenarios / execute testing within. Integration between ABB Service Suite and SAP.

REQUIRED SKILL SETS
5+ years of experience with SAP Work Management, including SAP work orders and Data management.
5+ years of strong experience writing requirements documentation
Excellent communication skills (oral and written) including ability to communicate verbally and in writing technical concepts to all audiences
Expert level client interactions, facilitation skills
Practical experience in gathering client requirements, user stories, Use cases, data mapping and data analysis
Experience with Mobile Work Management Applications like ABB Service Suite or similar vendor Field Management software
Experience with Detailed knowledge of IT principles, methods, and practices in the assigned specialty area
Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
Experience with field device usage and related field management software packages
Experience with interpretation of business/functional requirements
Experience delivering Requirements and Functional documentation and procedures
Performed analysis using a variety of analytical methods
Proficiency in information and data management
Knowledge of quality assurance principles, processes and testing requirements
Maintain application configuration parameters and system related documentation
Support Project management functions by adherence to Risk, Issue, Change request and Defect tracking processes
In-depth knowledge of the specific application(s) and technologies supported
Experience with the following is a plus: ABB Service Suite 9.3, HP ALM, GPS, and Field computing Devices
Experience in Utility Industry is a bonus
Experience with Microsoft Office and SharePoint
