Job Description


Experience in health care and with EDI 837/835.

This person will be working with the Business Team and will have client interaction so communication skills must be excellent. Must be able to work independently and within a group- someone who is resourceful and can research answers on their own when they are working alone.
Experience with Team Foundation Server (TFS)
Must be well-versed in SQL
Experience with scripting
Must be technical - should understand test criteria of the user story and database queries
Will work closely with the developers
Healthcare experience required
EDI 835/837 a must


Overall Responsibilities

The role of the Systems Analyst is to assist and support product ownership on individual projects to conduct business analysis, write user stories and user acceptance criteria, communicate to all stakeholders, and follow user stories through the SDLC.
They are expected to play a role in a wide range of work assignments that may include requirements collection, data collection, quantitative analysis, report design, report drafting, and preparation of various materials for client presentations

Required Experience

Experience in writing system requirements documents based on business requirements.
Experience in identifying impacts to the system based on business requirements changes
Experience in reviewing detailed test scripts for System, Integration, and User Acceptance Test Phases.
Effectively communicate to developers and testers the scope, purpose, requirements and the solution.
Extensive skill in effective verbal and written communications with other computer professionals and clients.
Extensive skill in planning and organizing work to meet goals and complete multiple assignments without compromising accuracy.
Experience working in Agile SDLC environment
Full technical knowledge of all phases of applications systems analysis and development.
Exceptional organizational / time management abilities with superior attention to detail
Ability to work in a team environment and independently
Ability to prioritize work in a team/sprint environment.
Ability to prioritize work based on SDLC dependencies.
Ability to communicate technical subjects to a business audience and business subjects to a technical audience.
