We have the following openings for HR Technology Consultants in our PeopleSoft, Oracle EBS, and HCM Cloud services practice:

Project Managers
Functional Consultants
Technical Consultants

Projects are focused on PeopleSoft HCM, Oracle EBS, HCM Cloud, and talent management applications and involve cross-functional project teams of functional and technical subject matter experts. Below are some of the required qualifications:
Strong understanding of human resources processes and functions
Solid functional knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM or Oracle EBS
Process-orientation; experience with Standard Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Experience with the implementation of one or more PeopleSoft HCM modules (see below)
Exposure to one or more implementation/upgrade methodologies
High level of analytical and problem solving skills
Experience with working on cross-organizational project teams
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Willingness to travel 5-10%
