Responsibilities:
Responsible for resourcing projects, training and supervising our client’s staff, performing general project management and assignments, managing projects, performance issues, and staffing. While you not need to be a full time manager, but could be a hands-on lead, you could have direct line management responsibilities of 10 to 20 Biostatisticians You will partner with client management to increase efficiency/productivity over the course of the partnership through training, simplifying process, use of technology, and sharing of best practices.


Qualifications:
Qualifications and Experience


An MS or PhD with experience working on clinical trials.

Strong Project Management experience.

Early Phase Clinical trial experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize workload.
The ability to handle large volume of complex tasks with minimal or no input from the sponsor
The ability to handle ad-hoc requests with minimal guidance
A thorough understanding of statistical principles
Some knowledge of medical/biological terminology and clinical trial designs. Conversant with SAS programming and procedures and other statistical software.
Must be an effective communicator: Able to explain procedures and processes in lay terms.
Must be an effective team player; willingness to meet deadlines, etc.
Ability to be flexible when priorities change
