Pace Computer Solutions is looking for Account Manager with proven sales success in the IT staffing industry. This is a full time direct hire position for our Columbia, MD Office.

The Account Manager will be responsible for the full life-cycle sales process of short and long term initiatives and staffing requirements by identifying and securing new business opportunities and managing existing relationships.

Duties include the following:
Create and implement innovative sales techniques to aggressively seek out and sell services to new business opportunities and expand services within existing clients.
Responsible for all aspects of a client relationship, pre-sales and post-sales technical assistance
Generates new sales revenue through cold calling, networking and partnering with marketing and recruiting to implement sales lead generation initiatives.
Responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies.
Qualify and generate requisition needs and work with recruiting to ensure delivery.
Establish relationships with client decision makers in order to secure new business opportunities
Effectively manage and prioritize new account development and existing clients and requisitions
Work closely with the technical recruiting team to clearly communicate client requirements ensuring the successful identification of candidates
Create and maintain spreadsheets to track and measure progress
Qualifications:
5 years’ minimum experience developing business through outbound sales calls, networking, meetings, IT – Staffing Recruitment and client visits
Ability to demonstrate success in obtaining and maintaining accounts and long term relationships
Driven, sales oriented, and possess excellent interpersonal communications skills
Team oriented individual who also possesses a level of independence
