Need Siebel Support Business Analyst
Location: Minneapolis, MN
Duration: 6+ Months
Rate: Open on c2c or 1099 all inclusive

Siebel Support business analyst works with the application support team in Information Technology to support the day to day operations and related applications to support sales operations. The Business Analyst plays a critical role in providing application analysis and support to business users, including the ~500 stores, customer service and call center, to support, develop, and implement scalable, robust solutions. Experience with packaged and custom technical applications is highly desirable with skills in, but not limited to, Siebel Sales, Service and Marketing (SSM This position requires frequent peer interaction, working with cross-functional and technical teams as well as IT and business leaders and users.

Primary Responsibilities
Provides application support for Siebel focused areas currently in production as well as new functionality to be implemented
Develops clear, concise process documentation by collaborating with business experts in Sales, service, marketing and UCM functional areas to support production
Adds value by assisting in small to medium IT projects by eliciting requirements, articulating business processes and creating functional designs that meet the strategic needs of the supply chain initiatives
Provides assistance in testing of new functionality and code changes as needed to support production issues and system enhancement activities
Completes work efforts with high quality and high internal customer satisfaction
Supports business areas, meeting service level agreements and providing adequate assistance to reduce downtime to critical production areas
Designs application with optimal stability, performance and usability
Meets deadlines with all projects, activities, and tasks
Provides necessary support to 3rd party application systems related to Siebel SSM
Part of on-call rotation, carry pager few times a year
Support outages, escalations and key issues during off-hours on a need basis

Minimum 5 years’ experience as a functional analyst within the Siebel Sales, Service and Marketing area
Desired experience with Siebel marketing, UCM, Trillium, CTI
Knowledge and ability to manage and run Siebel business services, DVMs, setups and configurations
Nice to have working knowledge of Oracle SQL and/or PL/SQL scripts
Nice to have exposure to scheduling and monitoring tools like OEM, RCR
Must display ability to interact effectively in a cross-functional team; maintaining and leveraging strong work relationships
Experience working with onsite and offshore teams, 3rd party service providers
Must possess superior written and oral communication
Must be self-directed and ability to prioritize work
Must exhibit excellent judgment and independent decision making skills
Must operate in high pressure situations and successfully handle multiple priorities and possess a high level of discipline while remaining flexible

Bachelor''s Degree or equivalent experience required
