Tier 2 technical support for harware and software.
2 year associates degree or equivalent technical study.
Supporting technology in a fast paced environment.
Experience with Windows 7 operating system.
Knowledge of Microsoft Windows 7 with emphasis on troubleshooting.
Experience with PC troubleshooting and repair.
Experience with Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel and Outlook. Knowledge of and interest in emerging technologies.
