The Human Resources Information (HRIS) Systems Analyst is responsible for supporting the global HR group with data entry, reporting, analysis and data integrity for all HR related systems. The HRIS Analyst will be working within Workday


define, develop, and execute test plans and scripts for appropriate implementation of new functionality or modified functionality
analyze data and metrics for HR and key organization stakeholders by creating ad-hoc reports and manipulating delivered reports to satisfy client needs
assist in data integrity and data cleansing/maintenance of system on a regular basis. Perform data input functions where necessary
Analyzing and documenting business requirements
Interpreting OSF’s business requirements into business processes, technical specifications, and recommendations
identifying and documenting system deficiencies and recommends solutions
providing references for users by writing and maintaining user documentation and providing help desk support
maintaining system protocols by writing and updating procedures
developing training documentation
travel may be required
perform other duties as assigned.


bachelor''s degree from a four-year college or university and three to five years of relevant experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
significant business analysis and/or data analysis experience working with HR systems (Workday strongly preferred)
experience with Business Analytics and project management best practices
