Required Skills:
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Windows WIN 7/8+, OS X, Microsoft Exchange email, Symantec Antivirus Corporate Edition (SEP/DLP), Bitlocker encryption, Office 2010/13, LAN infrastructure, TCP/IP, LanDesk, and mobile devices (IOS, Android, BES)
Excellent communicator who can effectively manage customer escalations
Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and master new technologies
Tier II hardware support for Laptops, thin clients, and desktops (Client Elitebooks, Macbook Pro)
General knowledge on support VMWare Horizon View and Client Thin Clients (ThinOS
5+ years of Desktops support and/or related experiences
Can diagnose complex problems and design fixes
Experience in a highly secure environment is a plus
