Bachelor''s degree in Computer science or equivalent, with minimum of 6+ years of experience in V+ (CMS, FAS, TRAMS), Cards with Mainframe, COBOL, CICS, JCL, and VSAM.

Responsibilities:
To support end to end service delivery for client cards V+ application.
To ensure operational stability of V+ application by implementing and managing Service and Application Management best practices (ITIL
To improve overall quality of the applications being deployed/enhanced during the complete lifecycle of an application.
To manage and reduce the long term cost of running and supporting applications.

Skill, Experience & General information required:
6+ years of experience in V+ (CMS, FAS, TRAMS), Cards with Mainframe, COBOL, CICS, JCL, and VSAM
Hands on experience with TWS/CA scheduler, Change Man or Endevor, File Aid, CD, NDM
Production Support experience, supporting V+ Batch cycles and service recovery procedures.
Demonstrate excellent communication skills including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
Ability to use strong industry knowledge to relate to customer needs and dissolve customer concerns and high level of focus and attention to detail.
Strong work ethic with good time management with ability to work with diverse teams and lead meetings
