Job Description :
The role is that of a Documentum administrator/Documentum support resource. The role entails troubleshooting and resolving issues, along with providing support to ongoing development efforts within Documentum.

Job Responsibilities
We are running Documentum 6.7 SP2 over an MS SQL Server. We have IDS (Interactive Delivery Services) to publish content, and have interfaces that leverage DFS and DFC. The candidate needs to have had experience with those components.
Tasks are as follows:
Ability to startup/shutdown/restart the servers
Ability to troubleshoot issues
Ability to gather log files when needed to escalate problems to EMC
Ability to monitor basic maintenance jobs (such as cleanup jobs), and perform health checks
Ability to monitor the performance of the system
Has experienced applying hot fixes or maintenance patches
Familiar with the data model and has experienced querying the system (e.g. running DQLs
