seeking a Business Analyst contractor supporting the Enterprise Document & Imaging Management System Project. This project is required to replace the current imaging capture and retention solution for hardcopy documents as required by law which is at end of life and no longer supported. The Business Analyst will be responsible for development of business requirements, test plans, test scripts and assisting with maintenance of project management tracking. This individual will be knowledgeable in all aspects of business analysis, testing and has a basic understanding of project management and system development life cycle. The individual must have proven experience with enterprise level development projects. The Business Analyst will work closely with Project Manager in assisting with solution documentation and project management tools to meet State IT requirements.

Role responsibilities:
• Analyze, define, and document requirements for work flow and business processes
• Document the projects and project deliverables as assigned
• Work with the PMO Manager, Project Manager, Business Customer and project team
• Develop and document test plans, scenarios and scripts
• Analyze and estimate feasibility and compatibility with other programs and projects
• Consult with users to prototype, refine, test, and debug solution to meet Change Management needs
• Provide quality control for project deliverables
Required Skills
7 years Experience in business process analysis
2 years document and imaging experience
Experience working at program level and coordination of deliverables across multiple projects
Working knowledge of application development life cycle
Working knowledge of business improvement process and industry best practices
Experience developing and documenting use cases, test plans, scenarios, and scripts
Experience with testing and documentation of test results
Working knowledge of document and imaging managements applications and tools.
