Job Description :
This individual needs experience managing enterprise data initiatives and ETL processes. Candidates will need experience with SAS/BASE, SAS/SQL and SAS Di Studio/SAS Data Management.

Plans, connects, designs, schedules, and deploys enterprise data for decision
makers throughout the organization.
Develops, monitors, and maintains ETL processes, departmental data policies and procedures, and the data warehouse design. Provides leadership, strategic direction, and oversight for The Bank’s key enterprise data initiatives and ensures end to end technical delivery of Enterprise Data Management of large and complex projects.

Plans, creates, coordinates, and deploys the Enterprise Date Warehouse.
Consolidates and optimizes current data warehouse infrastructure.
Creates and documents best practices for data loading and extraction.
Designs and implements ETL procedures for intake of data from both internal and outside
sources; as well as ensure data is verified and accurate.
Designs and implements ETL processes and data architecture to ensure proper functioning of
analytics, as well as client’s or third-party’s reporting environments and dashboards.
Collaborates with business and technology stakeholders in ensuring data warehouse
architecture development and utilization.
Facilitates requirements gathering using expert listening skills to meet the immediate and future
needs of business customers.
Monitors and performs database performance analysis; designs and extends data marts, meta
data, and data models.
Supports the development and validation required through the lifecycle of the Data Warehouse
and Business Intelligence systems; maintains user connectivity, and provide adequate security for the Enterprise data warehouse.
Interacts with senior leadership concerning the alignment of enterprise data capabilities with the long-term business goals.
Maintains effective communication between Enterprise Information Management, IT staff, and
information stakeholders throughout the organization.
Complete, pass and maintain an up-to-date status for all positional and company required
compliance and regulatory courses by assigned due date(s
Participate in special projects and assignments and performs other duties as assigned.

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Sciences, Quantitative Social Sciences, or other quantitative field with 4-6 years of experience in large data environments and broad experience
in data architecture, ETL, data quality, data warehouse, data governance or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience in Financial Services is preferred, ideally interspersed with experience in other
industries in similar roles.
Strong foundational knowledge of data warehousing concepts.
Programming Experience: SQL or SAS programming
Expert experience with SAS DI Studio or SAS Data Management
Experience access data from MS Sql Server and DB2 on AS400. Knowledge of establishing
and working with ODBC connections to these databases is required.
Experience with AS400 environment is a benefit.
Experience loading data in MS SQL Server is required.
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating system & Microsoft Word, PowerPoint,
Excel, and Outlook.
Ability to read and listen, understand and communicate information and ideas in a clear and
understandable manner, both orally and in writing with senior executives, business unit
management and staff, state and federal regulators and officials and significant business
Strong ability to read, analyze and interpret financial reports and legal documents; performs
complex calculations; effectively researches, analyzes and evaluates information to make
decisions, solve problems and achieve goals; strong project management skills desired.
