Position - Microsoft Dynamics CRM - Technology Lead
Duration - Full Time
Location - Newark, NJ/Redmond, WA/Austin, TX / Greensburg, IN

Bachelor''s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology

At least 2 years of development experience with Dynamics CRM versions 2013 or later required.
o Implementation experience in CRM version 2015 and exposure to Dynamics CRM 2016 is a huge plus
o Experience with CRM on premises is required. Online version shall be an added advantage

Technical experience with:
Net, C#, VB.Net
Microsoft SQL server, including SSRS and SSIS
Data Mining, T-SQL, Views, Stored Procedures, Database Design
XML/XSL/Web Services
At least 2 years of experience in Project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects.
Excellent understanding of 2-tier and 3-tier architectures, 4GL languages, RDBMS.
Strong knowledge of CRM development/customization including workflows, plugins, integrations etc.
Excellent, understanding of MSCRM architecture and its interaction with other interfaced systems in the client environment
Understands and is able to articulate best practices related to application enhancements/customizations, integration with other applications
Should have good exposure to and strong knowledge on development on Javascript, .net
Should be able to contribute to a project suitably in individual capacity
Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment.
Experience on Dynamics Marketing, Parature, Social Engagement is optional
Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
