Job Description :
Required Experience:

Two (2) years of experience in each of the following areas:
o process or systems analysis and design work on ERP related systems
o interpreting functional specifications;
o coordinating a User Acceptance Test environment;
o working knowledge of highly configurable ERP systems that include any 2 HCM modules: HR Admin, Benefits, Position Control, Commitment Accounting, Time and Labor, Payroll, Recruiting, Learning, and
Performance Management; or o working knowledge of highly configurable ERP system that
include any 2 FSCM modules: General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Purchasing, Contracts, Asset Management.
One (1) year experience conducting presentations or providing instructor led training classes.
Must have recent experience with ERP applications that include Employee Self Service, Manager Self Service, Web Services, Portal, Centralized Access Management, and workflow routing, approvals, and notifications.

Preferred Experience:

Experience working with Texas state government processes, policies and procedures
