REQUIREMENT:
5 + years of hands-on experience with TIBCO (BW, EMS and Adapters
5+ years of hands-on Integration technology experience preferably in Senior development roles.
Proficient in JMS, Web services and general Integration concepts.
Solid understanding of XML Schemas and XML messages, WSDL, etc.
Willingness to learn additional Integration tools for batch based data Integration.
Technical expertise in design and development on Integration technology.
Ability to translate Business Requirement into System Requirements.
Subject Matter Expertise in identifying, analyzing and prioritizing technical issues encountered in Integration architecture and design.
Take ownership and do proactive steps in fulfilling the technical deliverables for business needs in accordance with management direction.
Prefer certification in any Middleware / Integration technologies (TIBCO
