Position Description:
EEIT - Position Description: The Marketing Sales and Service Portfolio is developing a new Marketing and Sales Analytics Platform utilizing new Hadoop and Tableau technologies. Over the next several years this Application Platform will be developed globally to markets like Mexico, Europe, and soon, Asia-Pacific. This is an IT Business Analyst position to support the rollout of the Marketing Sales and Service Analytics Platform and related projects. Duties include: - Work with the business to develop business requirements for Analytics Platform - Work with the development team to ensure business requirements are communicated clearly and understood - Participate in the development and review of functional requirements documentation - Work with the business to ensure testing plans are robust and facilitate testing with internal and external interface teams - Perform analysis on production issues as appropriate - Develop and execute test scripts - Interface with affected application teams to coordinate testing, when necessary

Experience Required:

Progressive responsibilities in IT, with 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis.
This is a Technical BA position and requires strong technical understanding.
Demonstrated ability to deliver project commitments
Demonstrated experience with Requirements gathering, Use Case, and Test case development.
Experience applying agile practices to solution delivery
Experience in all phases of the development lifecycle
Experience in ensuring design is in compliance with specifications
Experience in preparing and producing releases of software components
Must be team-oriented and have excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong analytic and problem solving skills
Good organizational and time-management skills

Experience Preferred:

Experience with Big Data Analytics (Hadoop, descriptive and/or predictive analytics)
Experience in supporting continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies
Experience with in-depth data analysis, data profiling and modeling
Knowledge and past experience in Marketing and Sales
