Job Title: Desktop Engineer
Location: Appleton, WI
Duration: Long Term

Required Skills:
24x7 on-call support services only for high priority issues.
Client-side software installation and support for a wide-range of software packages including MS office, smart phone technical support and all facets for end user support, citrix client software and client side support.
Printer support.
Test and validate ability for new software upgraded software to work in customer environment and interoperate with other systems and applications as needed.
Other PC related follow-ups and training
Tools: WDS, PC anywhere, SCCM 2012, VMware horizon client etc.
Responsible for new PC build & replacement.
Working knowledge on managing Active directory user and computer accounts.
Extensive knowledge on hardware troubleshooting and experience in troubleshooting label printers, scan guns and motion tablets.
